A Seismograph for Every
Application
Seistronix manufacturers seismographs for all types of
seismic applications, from small geophysical surveys to large scale oil
and gas exploration. Our instruments are in use everyday around the
world helping people in a wide variety of disciplines better image
the sub-surface.

|
The
EX-6 is a high performance, distributed
refraction/reflection seismograph designed for 2D and 3D
surveys. With its compact six-channel acquisition units, the EX-6 is well suited for
medium and large scale refraction and reflection surveys where
portability is important. The system supports up to 600 channels of real-time
data acquisition on a single line or up to 3,200 channels on 32 lines in
3D operation. Applications for the EX-6 include oil, gas and
mineral exploration, and high resolution geotechnical surveys. |
|
The
EX-12 is a distributed exploration seismograph intended for
small, medium and large scale refraction and reflection surveys where cost and portability
are important. The EX-12 offers 12 channels of high performance 24-bit A/D conversion in a
small, lightweight package and is easily expanded in 12 channel
increments up to 600 channels for 2D projects and up to 3,200 channels for 3D projects.
Applications for the EX-12 include oil, gas and mineral
exploration, ground water surveys, site remediation, rippability
surveys, fault location, depth-to-bedrock, VSP and tomography and
other general geotechnical surveys.

|
The
RAS-24 exploration seismograph
is intended for
smaller refraction and reflection surveys where cost and ease of use are essential. The RAS-24 offers 24 channels (12 channels optional) of high performance 24-bit A/D conversion in a
small, lightweight package. Applications for the RAS-24 include shallow
refraction and reflection exploration, ground water surveys, site remediation, rippability
surveys, fault location, depth-to-bedrock, VSP and tomography and
other general geotechnical surveys.
|
|
The
RAS-72, RAS-96 and RAS-120 seismographs provide 72, 96
or 120 seismic channels in a compact, portable package. These seismographs are
generally intended for applications where
the customer prefers to use existing conventional seismic cables or needs many channels
housed in a small package The RAS-120 provides the same level of performance as
the RAS-24 and the EX-6 seismographs. |
|
The
RS-100 is an inexpensive, single channel refraction seismograph intended for shallow one or two
man surveys. With state-of-the-art 24-bit signal conversion,
wireless radio link and novel discretionary stacking software,
the RS-100 provides geotechnical and construction firms with a
cost-effective tool for small site surveys. Applications for the
RS-100 include depth-to-bedrock, rippability surveys, ground
water surveys, site remediation, and fault location.

EX-12 Seismograph
Seistronix introduces the EX-12 exploration seismograph. The EX-12
is a distributed system based on the technology used in the EX-6. With 12
channels per box, the EX-12 reduces the the number of boxes, cables and
batteries by half. Read

Continuous Recording
The EX-6 now supports continuous real-time recording
for applications such as tomography and seismic interferometry. Read
more here. Mesa Scrip Support
The EX-6 now supports the use of Mesa script files for controlling the
operation of the EX-6 in 3D surveys. Read more here.
